- 🍚 1 bowl of leftover rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
LANGKAH
Beat the eggs and whisk them slightly.
Heat a pan with oil, add the beaten eggs, and stir-fry until set. Remove and set aside.
Reheat the pan, add the leftover rice, and stir-fry over high heat until loosened.
Add the cooked eggs, and season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Continue stir-frying until evenly mixed.
