- 150g chwinamul (Korean wild greens)
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp ssamjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp perilla oil
LANGKAH
Trim tough stems from chwinamul, leaving tender stems and leaves.
Finely chop the green onion.
Boil water, add salt, and blanch the chwinamul.
Rinse the blanched chwinamul in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix ssamjang, minced garlic, minced green onion, sugar, fish sauce, and perilla oil to create the dressing.
Combine the dressing with the chwinamul and mix thoroughly.
