BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥦 1 head broccoli
- 🍢 1/2 block tofu
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 Pinch of sesame seeds
For Cleaning and Blanching
- 🌾 1 tbsp flour
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
LANGKAH
Prepare a bowl large enough for the broccoli, add 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp coarse salt, and mix with water. Submerge the broccoli and let it sit for 20 minutes to remove dirt and pesticides.
Rinse the broccoli lightly, cut into bite-sized pieces, and soak in 1 tbsp vinegar for 10 minutes for a second cleaning.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with 1 tsp coarse salt for 40 seconds.
Rinse the blanched broccoli under cold water multiple times, then gently squeeze out excess water.
Blanch the tofu in boiling water for 1 minute.
Wrap the tofu in a clean cloth and squeeze out the water.
Optionally, sauté the tofu in a preheated pan with a little oil for 2 minutes to remove extra moisture and enhance flavor.
In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, tofu, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp fish sauce. Mix gently.
Drizzle with 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
