BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 500g white rice
- 💧 500ml water
Beef
- 🥩 500g beef belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 2 rounds sesame oil
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 rounds allulose
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- A pinch of sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Wash 500g of white rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Thinly slice 1/2 stalk of green onion.
Heat 2 rounds of sesame oil in a pot, add the soaked rice and 2 tbsp soy sauce, and stir-fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour 500ml of water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
While the rice cooks, pan-fry the beef belly until slightly golden. Drain excess oil using a paper towel.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 2 tbsp oyster sauce to the beef, stir to coat evenly, then drizzle 2 rounds of allulose for a hint of sweetness.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper over the beef and finish cooking.
After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and layer the cooked beef belly and sliced green onion over the rice. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
