    • 🌱 400g bean sprouts
  • Seasoning

    • 4 tbsp gochujang
    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp dashida
    • 2 pinches black pepper

Wash 400g of bean sprouts and prepare 300g of beef belly.

Heat a pan and cook the beef belly until both sides are browned.

Add the bean sprouts to the pan once the beef belly is cooked.

Pour the pre-mixed seasoning (gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, minced garlic, dashida, black pepper) over the bean sprouts.

Stir and cook the beef belly and bean sprouts with the seasoning until well combined.
