LANGKAH
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and place them in a pot with water. Cover the pot and boil. Once bubbles appear, turn off the heat after 2 minutes and let it sit for 1 minute. Drain the bean sprouts, rinse with cold water, and squeeze out excess water.
Tear the crab sticks into smaller pieces by hand and finely chop the green onion.
In a bowl, mix the bean sprouts with the seasoning ingredients (salt, perilla oil, sesame seeds) and toss gently.
