Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 large egg
- 🍌 3/4 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Additional Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Non-stick cooking spray
LANGKAH
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8 1/2x4 1/2-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Whisk together egg, bananas, oil, and vanilla in another bowl.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until moistened. Fold in walnuts.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden brown. A wooden pick inserted in the center should come out clean.
Transfer the loaf pan to a rack to cool for 10 minutes before turning out of the pan. Serve warm or store in an air-tight container.
