INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 medium onions, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, diced
Meat
- 1 pound boneless pork loin roast
Spices
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
Sauces and Sweeteners
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
- 🍯 ½ cup honey
PASOS
Place onions into the bottom of a slow cooker and scatter garlic over top.
Set pot roast in the cooker and season with pepper and salt.
Pour BBQ sauce over pot roast, making sure roast, onions, and garlic are completely covered.
Drizzle honey over roast only.
Cover and cook on Low for about 12 hours or High for about 6 hours, until the meat is easily shredded with 2 forks.
