- 1 pack tofu noodles
- 3 pieces pollack roe
- 🦐 4 frozen shrimp
- 🧄 12 cloves garlic
- 3 strips bacon
Seasonings & Garnishes
- 9 pieces pepperoncino
- A pinch parsley
- A pinch black pepper
- A pinch cheese powder
- A pinch chopped spring onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Drain the tofu noodles and rinse under running water.
Defrost the frozen shrimp in salted water for a firm texture. Slice garlic into thick pieces and remove the pollack roe skin.
Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat and sauté garlic until translucent. Add pepperoncino.
Add bacon and shrimp to the pan once the garlic turns golden.
Add pollack roe to the pan and stir well.
Add tofu noodles and sprinkle cheese powder for enhanced umami.
Turn off the heat and season with black pepper.
Sprinkle parsley and transfer the pasta to a bowl. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
