INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 300-400g bean sprouts

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ginger wine or cooking wine
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A small amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly to remove any husks.
Boil water and add 1 tbsp of ginger wine or cooking wine. Add the washed bean sprouts and blanch for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse the blanched bean sprouts in cold water and drain well.
Finely chop the white part of the green onion and add it to the bean sprouts.
Add chili powder, minced garlic, fine salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the bean sprouts.
Mix everything well until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
