INGREDIENTI
Dry Ingredients
- 1 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 cups bread flour
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 🧂 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
Wet Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 💧 ⅓ cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
PASSI
Combine flour, salt, sugar, dry milk, butter or margarine, yeast, and warm water. Bring together into a ball.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it becomes smooth. Place the dough in a well-oiled bowl, turn to coat, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot for 2 hours.
Punch down the dough and roll it out to fit a 14-inch pizza pan. Allow it to rise until doubled in size.
Bake the crust at 375°F (190°C) until light brown, approximately 10 minutes.
Place desired toppings on the pizza and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until toppings are done.
